Merlin Magix PRI and DMS 100 issues

I know it is out there, I have seen it.
I just can't find it out here.

There was a post that described what the vendor should have configured on their DMS 100 in order to have it function correctly for the Merlin.

Can anyone send me a link to it?

The vendor is driving me crazy.
