Merlin Legend Group Coverage Hunt Group

We have a Merlin Legend 5.0 and I want to find a way to allow a group of extensions to provide coverage for one another. I do not want all the lines to ring at once though. We have some fax machines that are on a hunt group consisting of three extensions. When a call comes in I want it to ring on the first extension two times and then if it does not pick up then ring the next extension two times and then onto the third. In the manual it looks like it references group coverage but I was unable to make it work in testing. Any suggestions?

You need to setup a Calling Group (say 775), probably as a circular hunt group and make the group type = autologin. Then make the members of that group your fax extentions.

I forgot one thing - you will need to attach the fax line(s) or the fax line pool to that calling group.
