I have some tapes which gives me gray hair. I'm trying to import the tapes but I recieve this errormsg:

9/27/2005 3:46:48 PM - begin Import

Here is a vmquery for the tape:

I have manually removed the tape completely from NB/MM. When I inventory the robot and assign the tape to a pool everything works fine.

Is there any way to import my media's or are they gone?

> data is NetBackup database backup...

This tape contains catalog information and bprecover NOT bpimport should be used to retrieve the catalog information.

Just because the VERITAS documentation states a certain thing does not make it a fact and thats the truth
