There is no separate "MD110 ApplicationLink 4.0 Media Kit".
The media kit you are looking for is called
MD110 Call center & Application Link (LZY 601 218)

It contains CCM / CCA / Application Link.

This product was phased out by Ericsson at the end of May07, so i doubt if you will be able to obtain it now. all product development is now on Solidus

CCM / CCA was phased out, but not Application Link. It should be possible to obtain it still. Service Pack 17 was released in May and a Service Pack 18 is planned.

Application Link 4.0 Service Pack 18 is now released, and it also comes as a new media kit with the number LZY 203 183/1 R1A.
