MCD 5, SIP trunking CLID issue

Site was configured with default name and number in SIP profile.
Works fine.
User configured with an associted directory number which displays as programmed when calling out SIP trunks.
Works fine
Issue, user does not want their name displayed (tel dir.) wants the default name as programmed.

Never Mind, Calling Party Name Substitution in COS using Department Field in Tel. Dir.
