McAfee Clinic jams up

Upon install of Westell DSL Fast Access (thats a story in itself) I now find that all my Mcafee Clinic downloads (Uninstaller online, First Aid online & Oil Change online) hang up and stall when downloading. I have done ALL the fixes recommened by Techs. (tool options config, delete temp files, enable cookies). Yet when I click onto my RED M and I click onto clinic; were I used to go directly to the download I selected (i.e. First Aid or Uninstaller etc) I get the McAfee Screen INSTALL VIRUS SCAN ONLINE. One of the options on the page is "ALREADY PURCHASED VIRUS SCAN ONLINE?" Download/reinstall click here. When I click that I get a list of all the Clinic programs (uninstaller,first aid&oil change) which have RUN selection. When I click the RUN the program begins to load but hangs . I have to keep refreshing the download till it either FINALLY loads or jams. Before when I wanted to run a clinic program I merely had to click on the Red M clinic and then the program I wished to load. It went directly to that program and NOT to the afore mentioned VIRUS SCAN ONLINE page. Anyone out there any suggetions . I am using Windows 98 SE op. sys. and use Compaq 5000 PC, 664 MHz Celeron processor. Thanks for any sugestions in advance.
