Making Text Size smallest via a Link

I want to make the linked page to text size smallest.Please bear in mind I hardly know any html.

You want to change the settings of the client's browser? Why would you want that? Can't you just make the text on the page in question be small with coding it small? What you want to do would probably end up being an IE-only solution if it would ever work.

No just my browser.All I want to do is try to make this page smaller by a automated process rather than having to do it every time I open it.I can not change the page in question myself as its not my page.
