Have mitel setup on a 192.168.99.0 network and the firewall [Linux box] set to 192.168.4.1 with exchange on 192.168.4.6.
I have added a receive connector to exchange to allow all traffic from the Mitel 3300.
Port forwarding is setup on the linux box so I can ping everything.
The problem is that I still cant get the voice mail to go to the users mailbox. Any ideas.

you would need to pass the forwarding information ( i.e the call is meant for this phones mailbox ) from the 3300 to the Exchange server. That is normally done via SIP trunks. Are those setup?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

spoke to the telephone guy and it's not been done with SIP trunks, it seems there is still and issue with the firewall blocking it. thanks
