Mailbox Rights

Just wondering if anyone's tried this.

Have a 2003 domain, with Exchange 2003. I need to go through and modify the mailbox rights (add a new user and grant this user Full mailbox access and Associated external account) and have been trying to come up with a way to do this via a vbscript, but haven't had much luck.

Any suggestions?

Do you need to do this to ALL accounts? If so, you can do it from the top down.

Actually we're trying to do it per OU, since there are some service accounts that won't get this.

Service accounts shouldn't have mailboxes.
