Hi All,

I got a problem on using a notes. As we sending a mail to one person and BCC to over hundred person with an attachment not over 40k, the error message are prompted.

" The file is too larges(32K) " and cant send it. Actually, If we tried to send to one erson and bcc to one person, there is no problem.

Can anyone explain for me? Is there any setting on the lotus Server?

Hello,
The message is related to the fact that the "field" cannot be larger then 32K, not the email itself. I think the message is sent, but Notes is unable to save the message (sent view). I would test this theory though.

Had this same issue but the bcc was to a group that contained some addresses that no longer existed. Once the group was cleaned up it worked fine. Maybe you have a bad address in the bcc
