Yesterday we had a network outage, and the switch that our BCM was connected to was affected. When it went down, we all lost phone connectivity and all that fun stuff.
The switch came back online, but the BCM (400) was still not pingable and I could not Dial into it.
I ended up rebooting it.
The system was down for 10 minutes max, but during that reboot time, we lost call data in RCC.
It will show data from the previous day, and data from the time after the reboot. Everything else from the 15th (12am - 4pm) is missing and I am not sure why this is.
I rebooted the RCC reporting computer, reestablished the connection to the call center, and it only extracted 5 calls.
My question is how can get the call data from 12am - 4pm back?
I dont understand why it shows all data from the 14th but yet nothing from those time frames for the 15th.

any ideas?

I should add to this.. At 11:30 am, we had a core switch drop that took down the whole network, however our SoftPhones were not affected at that time as the routing did not go through that switch, however during this 4 hour period that the network was down, the RCC computer was not able to poll data from the BCM for some reason. Our switch went down after the network was brough back up.
NOw my understanding is that call data should still be on the BCM itself, or am i completely wrong here?
Does the actual call data stay on the BCM or is it pulled from the RCC and kept there, and erased from the BCM during that polling? This is kinda a fuzzy area here for me
