Hello Everyone. I'm using Office XP and have created a report in Access that we the use the Tool -> Analyze -> Publish with Word command to get the form into a Word document for changes and updates so we can print. The report in Preview mode contains all of the information needed, but when we bring into Word, it loses some info. It seems to be doing it in certain locations, the fields are 'Memo' fields. There is plenty of room between the end of the body and the footer that marks the date, so I don't think it's a margin thing, in fact I have a blank page in word between each actual page. I'm sure it's something simple that I am overlooking, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

We have experienced the same problem. We lose the last few words, and sometimes as much as a line or two, from the end of memo fields. I think the problem is in the conversion from Access to RTF/Word doc. I have been unable to figure out what the pattern is. I agree that it is not margin-related. Sorry I can't offer a solution but I can commiserate regarding the problem.

Greg, It seems to also move the information around from time to time. I've tried to adjust the options to allow for more text, and it does not seem to work. I do agree however that it is the conversion into an RTF format. Thanks, it helps to know it's not just us.
