I have an issue that I already posted a thread about and I not getting any success with it. Does anybody know someone or somewhere that I can contact for support. I am willing to pay for it to get my issue resolved.

When trying to add an appointment to a shared calendar I get this error:

"The item could not be saved to this folder. The folder has been deleted or moved, or you do not have permission. Do you want to save a copy of it in the default folder for this item?"

The permissions are setup correctly and when I try to add an appointment to another shared calendar with the same permissions it works. I have checked the mailbox size and it does not exceed 2 terabytes

I'd hope the mailbox doesn't exceed 2 terabytes...

If the shared calendar is a public folder, reset the permissions using pfdavadmin and propogate the ACLs.

If the shared calendar is a calendar within a standard mailbox, log on as that user and do outlook/resetfolders from start, run. Consider making the shared calendar into a public folder.

if you have a calendar in a shared mailbox, right click it and choose copy. Point at All Public Folders, click New, name it and click OK to copy. Then right click the new public folder, go to permissions and add in the users as publishing editors.

Then stop everyone using the shared mailbox and use the PF. It may well get around your problem.
