Loading Caller Applications - Access Denied?

OK, this is my first attempt at developing a caller application. I created it in the MAS1 server and am attempting to now load it to the secondary (MAS2) server but am encountering an error:
"error in application object (access is denied 0x80070005)
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Have you deployed it to the VMS ? If so you should not have to copy it to any other MAS in the VMS.
