I have a sheet that produces copies of itself and therefore, all of the named ranges are also copied. In another sheet I want to access a particular named range, but one in a specific sheet. So for example, if Sheet1 has a range named newRange and so does sheet11, I need a formula that will do a LOOKUP to newRange in sheet11. Anyone know how to do this? I know excel isn't very cordial about having multiple ranges with the same name. Thanks in advance,

Bryan

Hi,

Here's a way to do that.

1. Start your formula by entering "="
2. while in the formula, select the sheet you want.
3. in the formula bar, complete the formula reference by hitting f3 and selecting the range name.
