Lines in between Report Columns

I have made a multi-column report and I would like to have vertical lines inbetween these columns (so the columns can be easily distinguished).

If I draw a line after the item farthest to the right, it adds an extra line after the last column (and I only want lines in between the columns).

Any ideas?
