I have a remote symposium with the only access through smi

How can I tell how many agents I'm licensed/keycoded for?

I've looked at the reports and displays section and gone to the Historical data/parameters and it gives some values - are these the correct values?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Goto Historical Statistic and click on the parameters tab. This will give you the licensing information and limits on your Symposium.

I had an additional question though - does Symposium work like Max in that licenses aren't used unless the agent logs in? Meaning, if I have 100 licenses, I can configure 120 agents, but don't run out of licenses until that 101st agent logs in??

Not sure. Our Max would always go a bit screwy if we had more agents q's etc that what it was licensed for.

Cheers

brewerdude, for regular Symposium (not speaking of Symposium Express), yes, it is the number of agents/supervisors who can simultaneously log in. (doesn't matter if agent or supervisor, if they log in on phone, that counts as one seat) That 101st person just won't

(oops, mouse slipped..) ...101st person won't be able to log in.
As memory serves, there was nothing in MAX to keep people from logging in, so you could go over your license unknowingly and then stats would be messed up, flaky things, etc. Not so with SCCS.

You could log in more agents in MAX, they just wouldn't show up on reports. You can't even log in more agents in Symposium, the system won't allow you to.

Hi,

I need some technical documents to start with Genesys and Aspect.

Do anybody have anything to share like pdf/html or links one alike longman.ca, which will help to understand the basic fundamentals and application wise functioning of these two.

Thanks a ton in advance!!!!
