This past Saturday apparently one of our sites had its PBX restart. This location has a Merlin Legend r7 v14.2. AFAIK no one manually flipped the switches. I wasn't onsite, but our ops director said the power didn't go out to the building.
Checking the Merlin's error log I saw POWER UP WARM START - 0002 event, followed by a CARD INSERTED/REMOVED - 000B event and a SOFTWARE COLD START - 0003 event. The card slot referenced in the 000B event is where our Merlin Messaging r2.5 board is located.
Following those logged entries I see a group of COMMAND BUFFER FULL - 000E, SANITY INT NOT GENERATED - 7802, and INVALID SANITY RESPONSE - 7804 events.
As best as I can recall (almost 9 years) I haven't encountered this situation before. Do you think the processor had a "senior moment" or the Merlin Messaging board momentarily flaked out?
This PBX is probably 15 years old now, so I'm a little more than concerned. I do have a host of replacement boards in the closet, so I have more than a few Plan B's at least
