I have a question on labeled media being recognized. I just put in a new set of tapes, and labeled, Inventoried and cataloged them. When I close out of the Backup Exec App, and reopen it, when I check the Device it shows up as UNKOWN. On 2 of my 3 tapes. The only way it will show up is if I click refresh. Why wouldn't it automatically show up what I labeled it, like the other one is??? Any Ideas, would be greatly appreciated...

I always write a little file (backup something small)to the tape after I catalog and rename media.
