Hi Guys

Are you also noticing problems with the Knowledgebase at the moment ?

regards Lodde

At this moment it works for me.
It seems to be a bit slow.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Download the docs CD, almost as good just no news or CQ's :)

Thnx for your replies.
Strange ??

Even if you have it set to IP Office 7.0 - English - Top ??

Because some pages are working and some are not working.
Have tried from different PC´s and different "Internet lines".

Yes, I was actually hoping for some assistance from Mr KB :)

I have also reported the failure on the KB site.

Thnx All !

For me the problems started yesterday and I am using the KB everyday.

There is an issue with it currently yes. I understand that they have it partly offline as they update docs.

My apology for the delay - back from several weeks of cycling up large hills.

Avaya IT assummed from the reported 404 errors that it was a missing content error on my part and awaited my return. I have identified that the fault is with any pages that use PHP to write the page content and so have thrown the ball back at them to investigate.

Now that we know the cause, hopefully resolution will quickly follow.

Hey KB I have a question for you. any change you can email me at kyle at ipofficehelp dot com ?

Dear All,

The issue was fixed yesterday though we are now investigating the possible causes.

Rest assured we have plenty of people at Avaya, I know, they were all copied on the emails.
