Is there a way to keep a report to stay on one page instead of going on to a second page? I would need it to shrink in order to do this. I have a cross tab report with the months of the year, and I want to keep all the months on one page for YTD. I am hoping this is a simple fix in the report set up, but can't seem to find where it is.

Currently the report is doing January through June on the first page and putting July, August and total on the next page.

Is month your row field or column field?

It is the Column field's along the top.

i.e.:

Total January February March
Channel 200 150 30
Project 1 75 75 5
Project 2 100 50 20
Project 3 0 25 5
Project 4 25 0 0

April and YTD total would be on next page....

So you mean you are getting virtual pages to the right. You can resize the columns by grabbing the summary boundaries and dragging them to make the cell narrower. You can also go to the customize style tab and uncheck "show cell margins". You can also rotate column headings 90 degrees and then resize the width.

Hi,
You can also try using a smaller font as well until it is too small to read.

Thank you both! Using these ideas together solved my problem.
