K175 video quality

Hi,

In my lab I have two K175 setup on switch on their own, nothing else plugged in and when I make a video call between them the video quality is crap. It's an expensive phone and you would think it could do decent video.

Does anyone know how to improve the quality is there a setting somewhere for HD video?

Those K175 are absolute garbage. They are under powered so everything takes FOREVER to do on them and every screen wants to freeze. The hour+ needed to upgrade the firmware, and needing your own HTTP server, is just ridiculous. Other then maybe being a phone for a lobby they are just about worthless.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Did you remove the front screen protector?

It's a 5+ year old Android tablet, basically, so the camera quality will be less than ideal.

There's a reason most places (in the US) have them for about $60
