Have got the K175 vantage phones up and registered, Having issue with the dialing rules. We are able to make internal calls (5 digits)
but when pressing the Voicemail button it will only dial 4 digits.

When dialing ars code 9 plus outside number get wave off tone, yet we are able to dial outside with out ars code.

Im thinking its in the settings file dial plan rules but confused.

This is what I have in the settings:
SET ENHDIALSTAT 1
SET PHNIC 011
SET PHNLD 1
SET PHNDPLENGTH 5
SET PHNLDLENGTH 10
SET PHNOL 9
SET APPSTAT 1

Any input is appreciated.

Is the K175 registered as a User with Origination and Termination sequences set? It is possible to have a SIP phone "work" just connecting as a generic SIP "thing" (to use the official terminology) instead of a user/endpoint. Look under Elements / Session Manager / Status / User Registrations to see if the K175 is registered. The AST checkbox should be checked. That could indicate that the K175 is not registered as an endpoint.

If the User and Communication Profiles exist in Session Manager and the registration looks correct, I would then check under Elements / Routing / Dialing Rules. Do you have something set for 9xxx that is different from 1xxx, or perhaps nothing set for 9? I would suspect that 1 xxx (11 digit dialing) would route directly to an SBC and SIP trunk but 9 xxx (12 digits) is routed to CM (or no rule).

If all that looks good and calls are hitting CM but not routing anywhere, check calltype analysis. You may need to enter some information in this table to help CM interpret what the station is sending.

These are just some basic ideas to start with. You can also enable tracing under Elements / Session Manager /Tools and then use the SIP Trace Viewer (or use TraceSM from the command line) to see what is happening when that phone dials.
