JS via Frames and Browsers

Hy folks!
I'm desperately seeking a way to call a JS-Function from
one frame in another frame. The other frame shows a site
from a different server. NN does it, but not the IE(5) - I just get the message 'access denied'.
Is there anything I can do to make IE allow this?

P.S. I'm able to edit both sites.

no, not with an normal htm site. You need to use an HTA:
