On older versions of dx we used to connect to the CDR port (v24) or to the callbridge to collect cti info.

Is there any newer method i.e IP based cti feed from the dx itself?

Anything invented after you’re thirty-five is against the natural order of things."

Also how does the callbridge connect to the dx?

From ver 6 < the cpu's had a RJ45 conector on a paddle board at the back of shelf '0',or two if Duel proccessor, the online side had an active IP address either allocated by the customer or the default was 88.0.0.1. all info is now passed by IP but the ICAT - (Integrated Computer Assisted Telephony) must be activated in the Feature table :-
LFT = List
AFT = Activate
DFT = Deactivate.

Thanks for that it's been 8 years since I touched a dx. Do you know what the format is for the output? or is there a definitions doc anywhere?

On a Realitis Call centre (Agile/Procenter)!no I have not spelt it wrong! must be some Yank conection...
the 2 Cat5 leads from the Realitis go to a hub and then into the Agile/Procenter, the Callbridge software is part of the Win2003 Server.

I found this on The Siemens site which may help.
