Hi everybody!!

I have a T1 PRI conected to my 2851, my provider has a switch 5ess and we can make calls outside the office, but can not recieve, If you call to one number in the office from outside there's a recording "Your call could not be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again" and then the calls goes off.

I have checked the Call Manager (Version 4.1) and I guess if there is a parameter to modify in ISDN Network-Specific Facilities Information Element... please help me, thanks.
 
Have you tried to look at the debug Q931 messaging on the gateway to check what the CCM is sending back to the telco or whether it is reaching the CCM ?
 
Thanks, sorry, I already do that, I tried a debug isdn standard and got the error "out of network", so, I realizaed that i have my gateway on ccm wrong (IP from gigabiteheternet, instead of Serial) so I proceed to change the IP to the Serial IP and tried again the debug because did not wrok :( ...... and appear another error "out of destination" ad then....

I didnt configured the Calling Search Space on my Gateway, jejejeje, that all the problem. Just select the appropiate CSS and it works!!!!
