ISA 2004 and Streaming Media

Hello

Have a problem with streaming media. I cannot get it to work at all through ISA. I'm using a single-homed configuration. I've tried allowing everything including opening up all access to no avail. Please help. The website I'm trying to access is There is a demo there but all I get is a black background!

HELP!!
