IPO linked to Index 1

I have a IP403 linked through LAN to an Index system via an IPNC card. Calls from extensions at either end work fine but I would like extensions on the IP403 to pick up the PRI trunks on the Index for dialling out. The Index users dial 9 for trunk access. I have tried using a shortcode 9N, 9N, 0, Dial. on the ipnc card but no joy. Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

you will need to set the shoet codes on the IPO not the IPNC- try the following
assuming VOIP line on IPO is id 1

short code ?
telephone number 9.
line id 1
feature dial

you will probably also need to adjust the dialed digit count on the ipo to be greater then the max no of pstn digits - 16 is usualy enough
