IP400 Phone 8 V2 - IP 500 Compatible? 2

I am trying to use an IP400 Phone 8 V2 with an IP 500, and I haven't gotten the 500 to recognize it yet. Am I correct in assuming they are compatible with each other? Any ideas on what I can do to get the IP 500 to see the module so I can upgrade it? The IP 500 is running 4.1(12)

Yes it is compatible
You only need to have a professional license for modules
Without you will not see it

Are you sure it's a phone 8 module?
Have you got the standard to pro license?
