Evening All,
Has anyone experienced crosstalk on internal IP extensions. This is not the first time this has been reported.
Caller A 1234 calls B on 4567, both extensions can hear a third party chatting away in the background, they cannot interrupt and they do not believe the third party can hear them, but they both can hear the conversation clearly.
The controller is a Mitel 3300 MXe , Running 4.2.
Both phones are 4025.
I noted that the IP address were next to each other. I.e 192.168.1.51 and 52. MAC address are quite different.
The switch infrastructure is cisco 6500 core and 3560 POE edge.
Any thoughts, comments or suggestions!
