IP Phone Calls

Helo all,

I need a information about ip calls. I have a BP250 with IPU card behind firewall and i set BP250 to gatekeeper but my external ip extensions can not to make calls only receive calls.

it will be that it has some thing missed in firewall?

The ports open in the firewall is:

8100~8220 UDP
6000~6003 UDP
1720 TCP
1719 UDP
10040 TCP
10030 UDP
49153~49171 TCP
9200 UDP

The best way to troubleshoot firewall rules it to simply look at the log and see what is being denied.
The "deny" logged line will tell you exactly which IP address is trying to use exactly which port giving you all the info you need to add that line in.
