ip phone 9620l not accepting the ip address in DHCP

Dear All ,
In the IP phone 9620l when i try to assing the ip adress, call server adress, mask, after assining and restarted it shows DHCP 0,1,2,3,4,6 SECONDS GOES ON ,
Again when i check it does not accepting the ip adress everything is 0. 0 .0. 0 kindly help me to trouble shoot this ......

So your statically assigning the information, you also need the router address and the VLAN number of your voice VLAN if there is one.
