IP Office R11 Call History on 96X1 Phones

We have a couple IP Office R11 and the 96X1 phones do not show the separate Call History options. All - Incoming - Missed - Outgoing, the only option is the All and you can not change it. All other 96X0 phones show the Call History options. Firmware is correct on the Phone. Anyone else have this issue or know what the resolution is?​

Its supposed to be fixed in the 11.0 SP1.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I know my IPO is on the GA release - I will upgrade tonight and post a follow up.

Upgrade the IP office to R11 SP1, phone pulled the updated Firmware and still no options when pressing the Call History. Defaults to All Calls and not option for Missed, Incoming or Outgoing.

Any one else have this issue?
