To anyone who was inconvienced I would like to apologise. For a reason not yet determined, the IP Office Knowledgebase server became unavailable for approxiamtely 6 hours today. It now appears to be operating as expected again. We are sorry for the interruption.

support.avaya.com was down for a bit also. I figured that they both got punted to server a higher cause.

its all part of the quirks of Avaya's ever more difficult web site(s) that we have known to love and hate. :)
