The IP Office Knowledgebase is current not working, returning a server error instead.

I am only allowed to post material to the server and so cannot do diagnostics as to the problem and likely fix.

I have raised a ticket with Avaya IT (yes, we have to raise tickets within Avaya too). Hopefully they will shortly be investigating the situation and rendering the appropriate fix.

Please accept our apology.

IT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!! Why don't these things just work all the time?!?!?!

My god, I sound like a customer! ;-)

You could alswys download the rel 7.0 document CD
ftp://ftp.avaya.com/incoming/Up1cku9/SoftwarePub/7_0GA_Builds/DOCS/DOCS_7_0_EN.exe

Then it doesn't matter whether the site is down or not

If it ain't dutch it ain't much

Reminder: If you use Windows 7 and IE8 you need to modify the microweb.ini text file in the “sco_content\resources\knowledgebaseCD61" folder. Change the second listed host name from ipoffice to 127.0.0.1.

I can happily report that normal service appears to have been resumed. (Yes, it is already Monday in some parts of the world so a big thank you to Avaya IT support Fiji!)

Having a quick check through but it appears to include the changes we were making on Saturday that originally brought the problem to our attention, so everything seems okay.

Many thanks all for your patience (unless you were just getting on with your weekend and hadn't noticed anything).

It could be me but it looks much faster?!

Hi IPOfficeKB,

Can you tell me why there is not anything on the caveats about 7.0???
7.0 must have bugs :)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

There is one Peter:

CQ43192

CCR Agent Licence incorrectly displayed as CCC Agent using French Manager

7.0.15

PL_RELEASE_7.0

Not if you look in the "Fix target field"

You can use the dropdown box but it does not show any Q3 or Q4 7.0 stuff at all.

Why does it surprise you that, having released the first Service Pack for 7.0, Avaya has finally achieved its first totally perfect release of software. [Ducks behind the desk, glad he chose to wear the bullet proof underpants today]

The appropriate person has been given a nudge to check when the Caveats list was last updated [I don't post it, just created the page which pulls in the data for display].

Thanks :)

Sarcasme mode on:

I am aware that the software is bug free now.

I have antoher question for you.

Why is the knowledgebase news changed?
I only see recent docs.

In the past all docs where there after clicking on "even more"
