Hey guys,
I have a question regarding the IP Office 403. I'm in the following situation:-

When an incoming call comes in on a non-recorded line and that call is then transferred to a recorded line the call is not recorded. What I'd like to happen is for that call that came in on the non-recorded line and then transferred to a recorded line to be recorded! Does that make sense??

Any help much appreciated

The voice recording software is voicemail pro.........

Internal calls are not recorded so once the call gets to a phone and then transfered i think the system will see it as an internal call. I have 2 sites with call recording and inbound and outbounds calls are recorded. Internal calls are not.

Does anyone know if this is possible a setting etc
