IP Office 4.0 Mailbox Issue.

Have a phone Extension 136 that has voicemail checked off. When i call that extension it still goes to a mailbox "You call is being answered by ip office blah blah" why is this happening with the voicemail option not being checked off?

Sorry this is a 406v2 with Voicemail Pro. All latest Mait releases.

User rights are not even assigned to the phone. It is a dummy phone in a closet for the server rack.
 
have seen something like this with call waiting. had it unticked, yet calls still alerted the caller. I originally had call waiting on then turned it off. I wonder had it something to do with using the .bak files in manager and storing old config. Might be worth deleting all refs to this in manager, click it on, then off, then save.

failing this, change the no answer time to 999.
 
I can't see old .bak being an issue.


Anyone else have some comments? This is just plain odd the it won't follow what it is told to follow.....
 
Have you stopped and restarted the voicemail service?
 
Have you got any thing set to on in call announcements?
