Anyway to figure out what softphone/Ip Agents are in use at a given time? We've hit our max concurrent users based on "Disp capacity" and the error message that the ip agent software is givin but I can't figure out how to find out who the users are to determine if there a couple in use that shouldn't be, etc. They are in all different queues so CMS isn't really an option. Actually CMS wouldn't work anyway because that only shows people using the app AND logged into a queue. I'm looking for who is using the app and registered at a specific point in time. Thanks!
