IP Agent 7.0 installing on Vista Home Premium OEM

Have a users laptop that has Vista Home Premium loaded. When i run the service tag on Dell's website. They show it came with Vista on the original system config. I try loading IP Agent 7.0 and the program sniffs it out as being an upgrade from XP. Is there a work around or did Dell hose me.
