Today I received a report from a client that a user's voicemail was not allowing messages to be left. The user's greeting plays, but no beep to leave a message.
We isolated it to a setting in the Account folder's intuity.txt file. The setting was CAD=Y. Looking at other user's intuity.txt files, teh default seems to be CAD=N. After changing the user's setting to CAD=N, and restarting VMPro, the problem was resolved.
Can anyone tell me what this setting governs besides the obvious? Thx
