Intuity Audix question

Is there a specific command or area in Intuity Audix that can show me how full a specific user's voicemail box is?


I'm getting reports of people who say they called a user and instead of voicemail picking up it bounces to the attendant.

The user has a coverage path that points to voicemail.
 
Under Audix administration then "disp admin" this will show you all boxes that are full. You can also make the box larger by making it a medium 20 or heavy 30. This may give you a way to see if you can resolve the problem.

try running display activity log (xxxx) subscriber number, this will show you the activity of the mialbox and how many messages are in that mailbox.
Then check the mailbox COS - if it was adjusted at the mailbox level it will be "custom" change it over to a COS that has bigger mailbox size
