I have this major problem with my laptop, and I have tried everything expect reimagining(which I really don't want to do). The problem seems to be effecting my INTERNET EXPLORER. Explorer opens and I am able to browes for at least 3-4 pages, before the whole page freezes and I cannot open anyting. A microsoft WARNING appers in my toolbar, and yet nothing appears when I try and open it. The page says done in the bottom left corner...The only way to continue is to close the page and reopen a new one.HELP

You need to run some malware and spyware programs which will most likely detect settings and programs that are causing this issue. Alternatively you could go to a Mozilla browser like Netscape.

Please address my pet hate, "a cable is loose, you lose your keys
