Internal Caller ID

Hi We have a bit of an Issue. The phones on our 9th floor are not presenting caller ID, These are Extension to Extension calls on Avaya 1608IP Handsets. Is this due to Configuration of the handsets or PBX. Each Floor has a Different IP Address assigned to the Handsets.
This is a 1st for me so not sure what I'm looking for.
 
Do you have any more information like version of switch etc?

What tests have you done? SSA will help a lot.
