Hi We have a bit of an Issue. The phones on our 9th floor are not presenting caller ID, These are Extension to Extension calls on Avaya 1608IP Handsets. Is this due to Configuration of the handsets or PBX. Each Floor has a Different IP Address assigned to the Handsets.
