Interconnecting Avaya to Toshiba via Sip Trunk

Has anyone done this before? We have S8730s at CM5.2.1 without a SBC or a SIP Enablement Server and our Toshiba vendor is looking to establish sip trunking to a CIX670 key system. According to them we need to have the following settings
If there is an equivalent to the below on the Avaya:
Set for a non secure SIP trunk profile
No authentication
Outgoing transport type needs to be UDP
DTMF signaling (RFC 2833)

Any application guides or white papers on this?
