I have Partner ACS version 8. the intercom only ring one then silent with flashing light. Could you help me to change to ring until answer.
second any way we can turn it off (no ring) THANKS

If you are already on a call, any 2nd call arriving (Intercom, transfer, ringing in from the outside) is going to ring once and then flash until the call covers to voicemail, returns to the transferer, or the caller gives up and hangs up.

This assumes that Abbreviated Ringing is Active, which is the default setting on a per-extension basis.

Personally, I always turn Abbreviated Ringing OFF, or Not Active, so that a 2nd call will continue to ring until it goes to coverage or stops ringing.

#305-(Extension Number)-1=Active/2=Not Active

No way to turn it off, except to put the extension in DND, which will make it busy or immediately cover to voicemail if you have it.

Thanks for your advise but the phone is not in used. if the second call come from outside it still continue to ring. This is only happen for x10. when I intercom to x10 it's only ring beep beep one time than silent.

Check this - #505-7-10. See if it is 1-Assigned or 2-Not Assigned. If 2, change to 1
Also try Feature 11-10-10, and Feature 20-10-10

No, it's doesn't help. I forget to tell you it's only happen for intercom. The incoming calls from outside is still continue to rings.

All right, I went back and read a little closer....

If you are INTERCOMMING Ext. 10, it should be Ring and ONE Beep, not TWO (Two beeps is a transferred call)

Are you pressing Intercom and dialing 10, or are you pressing a programmed Auto-Intercom button for Ext. 10?

If you are pressing an Auto-Intercom button for 10, I'm guessing that you lift your handset, which gives you an outside line, and then press the button for Ext. 10, which initiates a TRANSFER of that outside line to Ext. 10, thus the Ring-Beep-Beep

Still doesn't explain why that call only rings once, while an outside call rings multiple times.

So you are Intercomming Ext. 10, Ext. 10 makes only one audible ring, what do you as the person calling Ext. 10 hear? Does the call continue to ring back to you while the call is still flashing at Ext. 10 after the 1st ring? Does it cover to voicemail? After how many rings.

Sorry, I was out for few days. Thanks for your help.
I used x25 and press intercom button then dial 10. it's only ring+Beep beep 0ne time and silent with flashing light utile x10 answer. it's not go any where. at x25 it's silent too.
