Installing SBC Software on 340 Server

We received ASP110R340 server software preinstalled. Version 8.1.1.0-26-19214

I am trying to reinstall the software but failing.

Installation start to run but stuck after the below line.
loop module loaded.

Tried version 10.1 and 10.2. Still stop at some point.

Can someone help me on this?
Any installation guide would be useful. (Other than Deploying Avaya Session Border Controller on a Hardware Platform)

Have you checked the compatibility charts
I suspect that V10.x is not supported on the 340 server

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
