I have some ODBC connections set up for our AS/400 Client Access Database on Windows 2000. What I would like to do is to be able to setup the DSN details on 80+ computers. Is there any way of installing the proper system dsn's without having to manually add each one to each computer?

have you looked at "Sysdiff" utility.
I know it works with NT Workstation.
I have never used it but according to the MCSE test questions it supposed to allow you to set up one PC and then copy that setup to as many others as you want.
So you do it on the install

like
A:\winnt\ /U:answerfile /udf:ID,databasefile

A:\sysdiff.exe /snap shot file

OK those may not be the exact way but its a start.

DougP
dposton@universal1.com

Ask me how Bar-codes can help you be more productive.

That sounds real good, and I will look into it. Thank you Doug.
