Installing Intelligent Miner

I am trying to install IBM's Intelligent Miner on my home PC(XP pro). I read somewhere the client and server can be on the same machine. Could some one tell me how to configure it...if that is possible. If not can i use VMware to install another OS and make it a virtual server..?
