install solaris i wmware

Hi
we have solaris 5.8 on my work so i would like learn me more about this and because i think instal solaris om my PC at home(winxp)with wmware. it would be great if i know:

1-Is it possible to install solaris in my pc with wmvare
2-where can download solaris/wmvare and which version and so how instal them.

P.S
Because we have solaris 5.8 on my work i want install any version that have the same functionality. It can help me on my work for how reboot solaris, how shutdown etc
