BE Server is a Win NT4 Server and Remote Agent is a Win2000 Member Server (trust relations are set up).

When pushing Remote Agent from BE 8.6 the installation halts and I get the warning:
"The system cannot find the path specified". When klicking OK the installation continues, but the problem is that on the remote server, there is no Remote Agent present in "Services".
The logfile bepush.log (on Remote server) containes the following string:
Creating Process:C:\temp\ntaa\setup.exe #BEID#:MNK1 #DIRECT#: /LOCAL: Remote -s -z,(05/21/03 13:13:45)->CreateProcess failed:3

Anyone have an idea?

Did you check to ensure that the path that BE is trying to use actually does exist on the remote server? Is it a 'shared' destination? Just because it exists doesn't mean you have access to it, so it might need to be shared.

Hi SQLBill,
Thanks for the reply, but our problem was much more simple to solve than that. :)
The local disk of the pushing server was almost full and this is why the C:\temp\ntaa\setup.exe couldn't be created.

Maybe something to keep in mind when pushing Remote Agent to another server!?
